Divya is an overseas law graduate who completed her studies in law and business and has also earned an LLM degree. She gained legal experience working in reputable small to mid-sized law firms in Auckland and overseas before joining Indus Legal’s property/commercial team over two years ago.

Additionally, Divya has a qualification as a company secretary from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. As an expert Conveyancing Executive, Divya advises clients on various types of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, Refinance, and provides general property and commercial law advice. Divya is also responsible for administering our trust account and ensuring accurate record-keeping. She places great importance on client care and attention to detail and always strives to ensure that our clients’ transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. During her free time, Divya can be found working out at the local gym to stay fit.
